I bought my dryer less then 5 months ago, it makes a grinding and shakes. Didn't do it till just last week. Call a tech, Vietnamese guy comes, says its normal. Replaces something and leaves. First time spending money on Samsung washer and dryer set. Worse mistake. Probably will stop working in a month or so.

Unsure why the guy being Vietnamese was relevant..... same degree achieved regardless, not quite sure why mentioned. Anyhow-

Hopefully its sorted now and all is good. Worst case you have a warranty so you will HAVE to have a working one no matter what
