A53 5G intermittent network loss

My phone recently started dropping off T Mobile network with no indication. I seem to still have a cell connection but tmobile doesn't know my sim. The only way i find out is when i try to call out and it says emergency calls only. If i toggle airplane mode it reconnects. This occurs once every day or so. I would like a solution or at least a way to detect when this occurs.  If i need a new phone, it will be hard to select Samsung again.Galaxy A53 5G

"T mobile" you seem to be american. This is a uk forum. Asking in the american forum might give you better answers

1 >Take out the sim, clean the gold part of the sim with soft cloth, 2 > go settings tap on software update and make sure it is up to date. 3 also you make get low signal i side a building like block of flats or in a cellar depends where you using the phone.
